Individual Therapy

People come to therapy for many different reasons—sometimes there’s a clear challenge, and other times it’s a nagging sense that something feels off or harder than it should. Therapy is simply a place to slow down and be curious without pressure or judgment. Using a systemic lens, individual therapy with me is focused on deeper awareness, acceptance, and empowerment as we uncover patterns, coping strategies, and ways of being that perhaps you didn’t consciously choose or are ready to change. Sometimes uncovering these parts of your story can feel overwhelming or hard to put into words, but I am here to support you with gentleness and compassion as we walk towards clarity and stability.

Individual therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing:

  • Anxiety or chronic stress

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out

  • Relationship difficulties or patterns you want to change

  • Life transitions or uncertainty

  • Low mood, feeling disconnected from self, or lack of direction

  • A desire for deeper self-understanding and personal growth

  • Effects of trauma or difficult past experiences
