A Genuine, Intentional Approach to Therapy to Support You in Your Growth
I believe healing starts with compassionate listening—the experience of being truly seen and heard. Growth happens when safety allows for deeper self-awareness and acceptance.
I offer a calm, attuned space where individuals, children, couples, and families can slow down, make sense of what they’ve been experiencing, and explore parts that may have once felt confusing, hidden, or difficult to face. With all clients, I utilize a relational, systems-oriented approach. Together, we will explore patterns, transform communication, and build coping and regulation skills to foster connection. I typically use experiential, emotionally focused therapies, as well as cognitive-behavioral therapy.
My style is warm and conversational—I’m not here to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you grow in clarity, resilience, and wholeness. My Christian faith is foundational to who I am and informs my understanding of healing and growth. When desired, I integrate faith into therapy in a thoughtful, respectful, and client-led way.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and an M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University.
